Description
This is a Premium extra virgin olive oil, made by the Aguilar Segura family with the olive trees of their own farm. It is an oil with great personality, a Picual with a very particular flavor because it has a medium-high intensity, with a lot of flavor but not as spicy and bitter as most oils of this olive variety tend to be. It is a very aromatic and complex oil with notes to both vegetables and fruits. The intensity of its flavor makes it an ideal oil to accompany cured cheeses, salads, tomatoes and simply on toast bread.
Aromatic intensity: Medium-high. Ripe fruit with light green notes. Especially apple memories. It has slight notes of herbaceous and fig leaf.
Mouth: balanced in the mouth. Sweet entry, it appears high light bitter and a medium spicy.
After taste: You can see the same sensations as in the smell, highlighting the apple and the mature.
