Wild Boar Black Pudding Sausage in natural casing. It is a cured blood sausage made with 60% lean wild boar and 40% lean Iberian pork. The animals live and are raised in freedom in the Sierra Norte de Sevilla in the Sierra Morena Natural Park. It is a blood sausage that stands out for the rich flavor that the meat of some animals raised in a forest gives it. It comes in a horseshoe shape and contains lactose. Approximate weight 250g.
