Organic Iberian Pork Chorizo made with 100% organic Iberian meat and fat. It also contains paprika, garlic and sea salt. Lactose free, gluten free, sulfite free, GMO free. It is a small, sustainable production, respectful with the environment and with animals. The pigs are pure Iberian and are free in the field. They eat fresh grass, aromatic herbs, acorns. The fat of the pig covers all the flavors of thyme, rosemary, intense flavor of the herb, of the acorn that constitute its diet. Approximate weight 190g.
