Description

Iberian field pork ham (front legs) raised in the woods of the Natural Park of El Real de la Jara in Seville. When raised in freedom, the pig eats acorns and herbs that will give the meat good organoleptic characteristics. It has 2-3 acorn arrobas. The hams are cured in the cellar between 18 and 30 months.
