Gourmet Reserva Wine Vinegar

It is a vinegar that ages more than two years in oak barrels through the system of criaderos (floor sited) and soleras (breeding up).

It is distinguished by the intense acetic aroma, the amber color and by a flavour with notes of old wine and hints of nuts.
