Organic Aged Wine 2016

Cabernet Franc, Tempranillo, Merlot, Syrah. Aged for more than eight months in American oak barrels.

It has a nice cherry red color. Aromas of ripe fruit (black plum) with a well-balanced wood with balsamic and floral notes (violet). Nice touch and ripe tannin.

Pairing: Roasted lamb or stew, cod with garlic, mushrooms with serrano ham, sirloin with pepper, braised deer, cheeses, beans with partridge.
