Description
Iberian pig black pudding raised in freedom in the Sierra Norte of Seville. It is made in an artisanal way using only lean meat without added fat and has a cure of 20 days. It comes in a horseshoe shape. The pig is not given growth hormones and is not given antibiotics either. The pig in the montanera period eats only acorns reaching a weight between 2 and 8 arrobas. Approximate weight 200g.
