Extra Iberian cured sausage. It is a cured sausage made with lean meat of extra calitate from homemade slaughter. The pigs are raised in freedom in the forests of Higuera de la Sierra Natural Park. Curing is natural due to low temperatures and low humidity. They do healthy exercise, they are raised without hormones and without antibiotics. Approximate weight 250g.
